In the midst of changing market conditions, a leading food products company knew that it could drive significantly greater revenue growth and profitability. Additionally, faced with commodity fluctuations and a diverse portfolio comprising multiple value added products, the company needed a robust framework to proactively assess decisions related to strategic pricing, production levels by manufacturing location, optimal balance of long-term contracts, and prepare for complex business scenarios for a growing industry leader to fully capitalize on significant growth opportunities.
